LADIES - Sheila and her hunting partner Liz Berthod (also in contest) were on a "girls only" hunt and found this guy laying in tall grass under a Russian Olive tree. Thinking he was totally hidden, Sheila spotted him from 325 yards out. A coyote was trotting around in the area that the buck was watching, so Sheila was able to sneak up to 165 yards to shoot – Sheila said he never even knew they were in the area and never got up! Mix all ingredients in bowl. Add meat [8 - 10 lbs] piece by piece, Soak over night in fridge. Lay on trays and sprinkle with black pepper then dry and enjoy :)
